We like to find faults. As a human being our pursuit of perfection resulted us to look of others imperfections, by thus we tend to catch attention to situations where negatives outweighs our emotions towards positive ones. A common example would be is reviews; if some said that “Bakemonogatari is the best dammed thing that ever appeared on torrentzzz.” we tend to shrug away and move on. But if someone said “Bakkemonogatari is a over hyped underbudget  shaft piece of crap.” you would care more on reading that than the former.

Now. In the situation such as my previous article. I have mentioned the faults of the ZOH, and their unaccepted fact, that they can’t seem to handle have taken quite a emotional gulag of sorts.

As you can see the great folks at ZOH, has decided to be gloom and doom to ban their critics for pointing out their mistakes.

As you can see the great folks at ZOH, has decided to be gloom and doom to ban their critics for pointing out their mistakes.

Now. I will trace out the origins of why some people can’t seem to accept criticism, and shun their detractors. This article, published on cracked.com. tells us why people of the 21th century are miserable compared to people of the old.

Yes. Internet tough guys are always a serious business. But in real life, they're wimps.

I named this blog solidad uncensored for a reason. It’s about time i use that name as it should be, and that its to deliver commentary without borders.

If you guys love obscurity, then i guess you would probably know a group called Zen Otaku Honbu. They claim they knew anime from the inside out, especially when it comes to dubbing and events. These people populate the internet. Wreaking their influence over communities, inserting their undeniably authoritarian attitude, and their blindness towards their own sense of justice.

notable characters are the ever so chief boss Anime Kabayan, who shares his patriotism by watching anime.  Their enigmatic enraged TheBlocker who has a great fetish on News graphics and pirate streamer of sorts, and last but not the least Kira Yamato, who is their Chief Anime Correspondent. Dubbed for its sheer credibility and unbiased job to bring event coverage, and his unrequited love for his broken friendship. Read more…

Cosmania was overcrowded, because it was successful (Review part 1)

DSCF0652Cosmania 2009 is my first Anime event that is not runned by hero, and also my first time attending to megamall mega trade halls which i always think of it as a large encapsulated space. Anyway here is what i think of this event.

Cosplay mania is typically a anime event. Its  cosplay centric, which has be come the norm in all anime event for quite some time now, this event is no different from that. From what i can see pretty much all of the organized events are primarily common in all of the other event that happened not only this year but in the past years, ever since Anime Conventions has become cheaper and more marketable, thanks to the wide spread of anime during the early 21st century. If there is someone who should we be thanking for bringing anime to the main stream, it should be the folks at GMA7, since they started the Anime boom in those days, but of course as time passes, things change it won’t be the same as it is before, so we can’t really blame GMA for changing its pace, if you have any complaints blame the masses.

5968_103507678778_676563778_2218572_47022_nPocholo Gonzales may have been what i call a true master when it comes to the art of voice acting. I met him at the annual Youth for IT congress 2009. The title of his lecture was the art of voice acting, which was of course his legacy not only to the industry but also to the Filipino people.

What I am pointing here is this man has said something that I really like on a convention, that was of course attended by those people at ZOH team. I have belief issues with these dubbing fanatics … or lunatics if want, but my focus is Mr. Pocholos word for those people who are “they” dub (pun intended) as the critics of the dubbing industry. They are probably mentioning the N3 group, which is also a advocate of leaving the Japanese audio un-touch and pure.

They ask Mr. Gonzales on what is his thoughts on those people who criticize the dubbing of anime. here is the transcript (As accurate i can). Read more…
